AAUW’s College and University Partnership Program offers a unique opportunity to engage and empower young women by providing strategies to achieve their educational, leadership, and financial goals.
By affiliating with AAUW, institutions can join a network of over 450 colleges and universities, and more than 50,000 individual members nationwide, all dedicated to advancing gender equity.
Annually, national AAUW distributes over $6 million in fellowships and grants to nearly 300 women for graduate studies and community projects, and supports hundreds of undergraduate women with scholarships and complimentary registration for the National Conference for College Women Student Leaders (NCCWSL).

Membership
Colleges and universities in the state of Washington can join AAUW and share membership benefits with the entire student body. Partner institutions are eligible to designate two representatives (faculty/staff) as part of the annual fee of $250.

- Virtual Trainings: Students, staff, and faculty from our member institutions get FREE access to salary negotiation, financial literacy, and voter education training.
- A Community of Activists: AAUW members are provided access to the tools, resources, and training needed to advocate for gender equity issues and make their voices heard in Congress, at their statehouse, and in the ballot box.
- Individual Memberships: A College/University Membership comes with two Individual National Memberships for Staff or Faculty. Additionally – undergraduates and degree-seeking graduates can become student associates for FREE!
- Discounts and Perks: AAUW offers a variety of discounts for members, including a free one-year subscription to Ms. Magazine.
