AAUW-WA has joined with the WAGE project to offer $tart $mart workshops for college students. WAGE is a non-profit organization established to end discrimination against women in the American workplace in the near future.

$tart $mart workshops teach junior and senior college women how to benchmark the salary of the job they want when they graduate and learn basic salary negotiation skills.

AAUW-WA offers a grant for funding $tart $mart workshops.
